Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GlowTira on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Do not upload photos of people who have not consented to being scanned.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

• Do not use the service to create defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.

• Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent the paywall.

GlowTira offers two auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly and Yearly. Pricing is shown in the app at the moment of purchase and may vary by region and over time.

Free trials, when offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Apple handles all billing. Refund requests are governed by Apple's standard refund policy.

GlowTira is a wellness and self-image companion. Scores, advice, and previews are AI-generated estimates for personal exploration and are not medical, dermatological, dietary, or psychological advice. Do not use them to make health decisions. For medical concerns, consult a licensed professional.

Generative previews are computer-produced approximations of how a different outfit or hairstyle might appear on you. They are not predictions and are not endorsements. Do not present them as photographs of real events or third parties.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process those photos solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy — scoring, coaching, generative preview, and storage on your behalf.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

GlowTira is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon for important decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowTira and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms. The effective date above will change and material updates will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
